Do you have experience leading and distributing work in large land and infrastructure projects? Is leadership and quality close to your heart? Entrecon Consulting has several requests from our clients for senior and experienced foremen in land and infrastructure.

We receive applications on a rolling basis and match them with requests from our clients and buyers. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at the client's site.

The Assignment

In the role of foreman, you are responsible for leading and distributing work, as well as ensuring that the project's schedule and budget are met while maintaining quality. This is a developmental role where you drive and develop employees, processes, and the work environment at both an operational and strategic level in collaboration with other functions in the company. You have at least 5 years of experience in land or infrastructure projects, including at least 2–3 years as a foreman for infrastructure/land contracting.

Competencies

We are looking for a driven, decisive, and communicative leader with a good overall perspective and the ability to lead groups and distribute work. Additionally, you have:

• Documented experience in similar roles with complex land and infrastructure projects where multiple technical parts interact, such as asphalt, curbstones, pipes, water/sewage, excavation, sheet piling, and blasting.
• Procurement
• AMA (Swedish construction industry standard)
• Regulation
• Project economics and scheduling

Advantageous is a construction technology education from university or university college, as well as experience in personnel responsibility in previous positions. You should also have experience and be able to handle the most common digital tools.
