We are currently looking for several nurse assistants for assignments within home care in Jämtland County during the summer of 2026.

Assignment Period: Week 25–32, 2026.

About the Assignment

The assignment involves working within home care, focusing on care, service, and nursing in the individual's home environment. The work entails close collaboration with licensed personnel, with the user at the center.

Responsibilities

• Standard nurse assistant duties within home care and elderly care
• Nursing and service interventions
• Medication management according to delegation
• Documentation and incident reporting
• Contact with relatives
• Collaboration with nurses and other professional groups

Working Hours

• Day and evening shifts
• Work is available every day of the week
• Working hours between 07:00–22:00

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified nurse assistant with the protected professional title
• Has at least two years of experience working in elderly care
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing
• Has a valid B driver's license
• Is responsible, flexible, and has good teamwork skills
• Can work independently and in a structured manner
