To our client in Solna, we are now immediately looking for an experienced Order Processing Specialist. Initially, you will enter in a consultancy role, and the client's ambition is for you to transition into a permanent employment with them after 6 months.

Do you want to work in a central role where you ensure efficient order and invoicing flows while collaborating with various parts of the business? We are now looking for an Order Processing Specialist who thrives in a role with many contact points, a fast pace, and a focus on quality.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Handle and administer order and contract flows
  • Ensure correct invoicing and invoicing documentation
  • Work with data quality and business systems
  • Handle discrepancies and contribute to process improvements
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and finance

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

  • Have experience from roles such as Order Administrator, Order Coordinator, Billing Specialist, or similar
  • Have handled services, virtual software products, service contracts, and licenses
  • Have worked with order flows, invoicing, and administrative processes
  • Are proficient in SAP, or have extensive experience with these processes from several other systems
  • Preferably have some form of economic education

Additional merits include experience from international operations and complex order environments within service companies.
