To our client in Solna, we are now immediately seeking an experienced Order Processing Specialist. Initially, you will start in a consultancy role, with the client's ambition that you will transition into a direct employment position after 6 months.

Do you want to work in a central role where you ensure efficient order and invoicing flows while collaborating with various parts of the business? We are now looking for an Order Processing Specialist who thrives in a role with many contact surfaces, a fast pace, and a focus on quality.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer order and contract processes
  • Ensure correct invoicing and invoicing documentation
  • Work with data quality and business systems
  • Handle discrepancies and contribute to process improvements
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and finance

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • Experience from roles such as Order Administrator, Order Coordinator, Billing Specialist, or similar
  • Handled services, virtual software products, service contracts, and licenses
  • Worked with order processes, invoicing, and administrative procedures
  • Good system proficiency in SAP or extensive experience with these processes from several other systems
  • Preferably some form of economic education

Advantageous is experience from international operations and complex order environments within service companies.
