Vårdliljan is looking for a registered nurse to join our home care team in Upplands Väsby! We offer stimulating and meaningful work, with clear leadership and development opportunities.

The Role

The position is during daytime hours, Monday–Friday. The duties include planning, coordinating, and implementing care interventions, contacting other healthcare providers and home help services, as well as direct and telephone contact with patients and their relatives.

Background

We are looking for a registered nurse. You should have at least two years of experience as a nurse, preferably from a primary healthcare center or home care, or have worked as an assistant nurse in home care before becoming registered. It is important that you are a person who feels a strong commitment to your professional practice. Good computer skills are required, preferably with experience of the systems Take Care and Lifecare. You must have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
