Your Role

As a Property Repair Technician, you will be part of a team of Operations Technicians, which will also be your job title. The main task for our Operations Technicians is to carry out property repairs in our preschools. In your role, you monitor incoming service requests from our tenants and ensure that the issues are resolved by yourself or, if necessary, forwarded internally for resolution. In the team, you collaborate and help each other without hierarchy. No day is the same, and you are expected to independently plan your workday to get your job done in the most effective way.

The duties include, among other things:

• Corrective maintenance and minor preventive maintenance
• Troubleshooting
• Improvement measures and repairs
• Supervision

As an Operations Technician at SISAB, you move around with a strong sense of service and safety, given that you are in and around our properties where operations are ongoing. You are an important brand ambassador for us and actively contribute to making our properties feel safe. You demonstrate problem-solving skills when working towards sustainable solutions with cost-efficiency as the guiding principle.

SISAB's headquarters will be located in Hammarby Sjöstad at Luma Park from autumn 2026, but the role currently operates out of Bromma, where you and the team are led by a team leader on a daily basis.

Your Competence

We are looking for you who have experience with similar tasks and have a great interest in properties. It is advantageous if you have broad practical work experience within plumbing, construction, property, and/or electricity, as your tasks may vary greatly. We need to supplement our team with knowledge in plumbing, and we see it as a merit if you have education and experience in plumbing. You have a good sense of service, take initiative, and see problem-solving as something developmental. You have a secondary education with a technical focus.

To succeed in the role, you need to have the ability to create good and positive relationships with customers and colleagues. You share your knowledge and are used to working both independently and in a group. As a person, you are solution-focused, flexible, tech-interested, with a desire to develop.

Computer and smartphone are important work tools in the daily work, which means you need to have a good ability to use digital aids. A driver's license (Category B) is a requirement, and you need to master Swedish in speech and writing.
