Tranås Industrikablage is part of HP Tronic Group, which offers development, manufacturing, and logistics of cables, control, and test systems for industrial applications.

HP Tronic Group currently operates in Ljungby, Lund, and Tranås in Sweden, as well as in Suzhou (China), Ruse (Bulgaria), and Pune (India). The company has an annual turnover of approximately 700 MSEK and employs around 310 people.
We are now looking for two new colleagues for the role of Sales and Operations Planner within our new Customer Service department.
About the job:
As a Sales and Operations Planner, your primary responsibility is to act as the link between sales, purchasing, and production, with a focus on balancing customer demand with production capacity.
Your main tasks include:
- Ensuring production is planned according to available capacity and material supply.
- Receiving and registering customer orders.
- Order confirmation.
- Rough scheduling of production based on set capacity and material availability.
- Creating and releasing production orders.
- Rescheduling customer orders when necessary.
- Managing and planning orders based on customer forecasts.
- Continuous price adjustments to customers according to existing agreements and maintenance of price lists.
- Handling customer-requested changes to existing products.
- Administration and quote preparation upon receipt of customer inquiries.
This recruitment also includes a 50% Quality Technician position. We envision that one of the two hires will have a role split between 50% Sales and Operations Planner and 50% Quality Technician.
Your main tasks as a Quality Technician will include:
- Handling external complaints, responding to customers with reports according to the 8D method.
- Supporting production with internal complaints.
- Ensuring that quality documentation according to the PAPP process is delivered in projects.
- Participating in internal and external audits, such as customer audits or ISO audits.
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, you should enjoy broad contact areas, be service-oriented, and communicative. You have a good understanding of manufacturing industries and value the "right from the start" mindset, while being a natural team player. You can interact with people both inside and outside the organization.
Competence profile:
Relevant education or equivalent work experience. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You have good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant programs. Proficiency in MPS Monitor is a plus. Previous work experience as a Quality Technician is advantageous.
