Do you have experience leading and distributing work in construction contracts? We are now looking for sharp foremen to join our growing team.

We receive applications on a rolling basis and match them with requests from our customers and clients. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at the client's site. A setup where you invoice from your own company is also possible.

The Assignment

In the role of foreman, you will lead, plan, and manage daily production in various new production or ROT (Renovation, Extension, and Transformation) projects. You are responsible for adhering to the established frameworks regarding economy, quality, delivery time, and resource planning.

Competence

We are looking for you who have experience with new production and/or ROT projects within housing and/or residential buildings. You have post-secondary education or equivalent experience in construction, as well as previous experience leading work in various contracts. At least 3 years of experience in the role of foreman is desirable.

You are confident in your role as a leader and work with inclusive leadership where delegation and personal responsibility are key pillars.

You should have good computer skills and be familiar with the most common digital tools on the market.
