About the role

As an Auto Glass Technician, you will work with the replacement, repair, and handling of vehicle glass on various car models. The role involves both practical workshop work and customer contact, which requires attention to detail, a service-oriented mindset, and responsibility.

You will become an important part of the workshop team and work according to established processes with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Replacement and repair of auto glass
• Dismantling and installation of windows
• Calibration and handling of ADAS systems when necessary
• Function testing and quality assurance
• Customer contact and advisory
• Collaboration with the workshop and service team

We are looking for someone who

We believe that you are practical, quality-conscious, and thrive in a role where you can combine craftsmanship with service.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• Experience with auto glass, vehicle work, or similar practical work
• Automotive technical background is an advantage
• Good sense for service and customer interaction
• Ability to work in a structured and meticulous manner
• Good teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license (Category B) (required)
• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
