About the role

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for the company's Swedish customers. You will assist players via phone, chat, and email with everything from account inquiries and payments to technical support and verification issues.

This role is for you if you enjoy problem-solving and want to take ownership of your cases. You won't just forward problems; you are expected to find solutions and provide customers with a first-class experience.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide support to Swedish customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Handle and resolve customer cases from start to finish
  • Work with verifications (KYC) and withdrawal approvals
  • Perform daily security and risk checks
  • Handle technical questions and troubleshooting
  • Work across multiple internal systems and back-office tools
  • Collaborate closely with other departments such as Payments, Fraud, Compliance, and Product
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions for process and customer experience improvements
  • Work towards individual and team-related KPIs

You have

  • Fluent Swedish and good English in both speech and writing
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support
  • Experience working via phone, chat, and email
  • Experience working in CRM systems, back-office systems, or other customer management tools
  • Good computer skills and the ability to navigate between multiple systems simultaneously
  • A solution-oriented approach and a strong customer focus

Advantageous

  • Previous experience from iGaming, sportsbook, or online casino
  • Experience with KYC, payments, fraud, or risk management
  • Experience from an international work environment
