You meet patients both in their homes and in residential settings, contributing to security, continuity, and high-quality care.

In this role, you will:

• Perform medical assessments and nursing interventions
• Handle emergency situations and make independent decisions
• Provide support and advice to patients, relatives, and care staff
• Collaborate with doctors, colleagues, and other healthcare providers
• Document and follow up on care interventions according to current guidelines

We are now looking for an engaged and confident on-call nurse who wants to become part of our team.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with at least 3 years of experience
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills
• Valid Category B driver's license

Merits:

• Experience in municipal healthcare, home care, or primary care
• Previous work as an on-call or standby nurse
• Experience in emergency care, ambulance care, or acute handling
• Further education in district nursing, geriatrics, emergency care, or intensive care
• Training in palliative care
• Knowledge in wound care, diabetes care, or dementia care
• Experience in mentoring or training care staff
