What does a day as a Store Manager look like?

In the morning, you greet your team cheerfully and go through the day's goals. You take a walk through the store to get an overview of what needs to be prioritized during the day, and then you set a plan for the day together with the team. You are active in daily operations and work side by side with your team, showing the way by participating in the work yourself and supporting where needed. You analyze sales figures and discuss improvements with your team and management group. Perhaps someone comes up with a new idea for a campaign or seasonal activity, and you encourage them to try it. You share ideas and laugh together, which strengthens team spirit. In the afternoon, you plan next week's schedule or go through the budget. When the day is over, you feel proud of what you have achieved and look forward to the next day.

What should be in your CV?

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a leading personality with good self-awareness. You have the ability to motivate, engage, and develop others. You have extensive experience in leadership within retail or a similar industry. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. Since we are an international group, some training may take place in English, so you need to have an understanding of English. You have numerical understanding, are used to working towards set goals, and have good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office. Having a forklift license is an asset but not a requirement. Personal suitability is given great importance.

Information

The position is a permanent employment starting with a 6-month probation period. Individual salary setting and start date according to agreement.
