About the job:

You will be responsible for collecting recyclable materials throughout the Stockholm area. As a ride-along worker in waste management, much of the work takes place outside the truck, involving heavy lifting, which requires you to be physically active.

We are looking for someone ready to work as a ride-along worker for a recycling company. In this role, it is important that you can handle physical work and maintain a strong focus on environmental and safety standards. As a ride-along worker, you will also handle GPS devices and keys to waste rooms. Your primary tasks include dragging bins and working at a fast pace.

Responsibilities:

• Drag waste bins, handle GPS devices and keys
• Load recyclable materials using a rear-loader truck
• Maintain a strong focus on environmental and safety standards
• Handle household waste
• Manage glass, plastic, and metal recycling

About you:

This role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys working at a fast pace. You should have a friendly attitude towards customers and a positive mindset. You must be detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently. If you are used to taking initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks, we consider this a significant advantage. Personal suitability is highly valued.

Qualifications:

• Responsible and humble
• Good physical fitness
• Fluent in Swedish (reading and writing)

Experience from similar tasks within recycling is considered an advantage but is not a requirement.

Working hours: Mon-Fri 06:00–15:00

Location: We adjust based on where you live.

You can choose to work for a single client or for various clients in different locations.

Salary according to collective agreement.
