The Bender Group is one of the leading manufacturers in the construction sector in the Nordic region. The company's headquarters are located in Edsvära in the heart of Västergötland, with subsidiaries in 6 countries. The Bender family has owned and led the company since 1960, and today we have approximately 650 employees and an annual turnover of around 2.5 billion SEK.

The warehouse in Uddevalla is one of Bender's central warehouses with approximately 25 employees and a very wide assortment. On average, approximately 70 trucks are processed per day, in addition to which containers and rail transport are handled. We now need reinforcement for our warehouse and are therefore looking for an engaged employee for our operations in Uddevalla.

Main Responsibilities

As a warehouse worker with us, you will have a fast-paced daily routine. Your tasks will mainly include driving various types of forklifts, such as loading trucks and trains, as well as picking customer orders. Other common warehouse tasks may also occur, as well as administrative tasks. You are self-motivated but also enjoy working in a group or in pairs. You will be part of a team where collaboration and communication are key success factors.

Qualifications

We value personal suitability and engagement and are looking for you with the right attitude and drive, who thrives in a flexible work environment where safety is in focus. You have good communication skills and are punctual, safety-conscious, and appreciate order and structure. Experience in warehouse work and knowledge of English are meritorious.

Requirements for the position:

• Category B driver's license
• Forklift license for counterbalance trucks (B1) and driving experience
• General good computer skills
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Other Conditions

The position is a fixed-term employment for six months on a full-time basis with the possibility of extension. Working hours are during the day from 07:00-16:00. Start date as soon as possible according to agreement.
