At Ordinary Housing (Ordinärt Boende), we work to provide the right services based on individual needs, delivered with respect and good treatment, thereby creating a sense of security.
We are currently seeking 3 permanent positions as well as 3 temporary positions for the period from September 2026 to January 2027, and September 2027, on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
As an employee, your primary task is to provide support, motivation, and care to our users. We work in a health-promoting manner with the aim of strengthening the individual's own abilities and ensuring that everyone receiving our support feels secure in staying in their own homes.
Involvement, development, and community are key words for us, where continuous improvements provide the conditions for creating good quality. We utilize welfare technology with the aim of increasing security, involvement, and independence for our users.
Responsibilities include personal care, support with household chores in the user's home, medication management, wound dressing changes, documentation, contact person duties, as well as social and physical activities together with our users. We work in a team-based manner, meaning many different professional groups share the common goal of creating a good quality of life for our users.
You will currently be placed in the Köpmanholmen/Bjästa home care areas. We also collaborate with neighboring areas.
We offer you meaningful work where you have the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge within palliative care, dementia, daily rehabilitation approaches, and mobility technology.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant (undersköterska) or have other education or experience that the employer deems sufficient. We would appreciate it if you have further education in geriatrics and/or dementia, or have an educational focus on psychiatry. Experience working within care and social services is an advantage.
It is important that you enjoy and thrive working with people, and that you are flexible and open to new ideas and ways of working.
Sufficient knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required for the job to, among other things, communicate with users, perform care documentation, and obtain medication delegation.
A valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a personal car are required.
Please attach your CV and cover letter to your application.

During the interview process, we will conduct an identity check and verify citizenship. Accepted documents include a passport, international ID card, driver's license + personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency, or another ID document that strengthens citizenship. For some positions, extracts from the police's suspicion and criminal records are required. In our municipality, a number of positions are classified in security classes, so security clearance may be required. These positions may require Swedish citizenship.
