Grocery Department Manager at ICA Nära Roslagstull

Do you want to take responsibility for one of the store's most important departments and help develop a modern and successful ICA store?

We are now looking for an engaged and driven Grocery Department Manager on a full-time basis for ICA Nära Roslagstull.

About the role

As the Grocery Department Manager, you have overall responsibility for the store's grocery department. You work actively with sales, merchandising, ordering, shrinkage control, and inventory management. You ensure that the department is always well-stocked, inspiring, and profitable.

You lead the daily work within the department and collaborate closely with the store management to develop sales and the customer experience.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience working in an ICA store, preferably with responsibility for the grocery department or another department.
• Have good knowledge of AOB, Min Butik, and ICA's way of working.
• Are structured, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Have strong self-drive and enjoy taking responsibility.
• Are a team player who contributes to a good atmosphere and collaboration.
• Thrive in an environment with a high pace and varied tasks.
