Stockholms Studentbostäder is looking for a Junior Communicator who wants to work broadly, develop quickly, and be an important part of a small and engaged communications team.

You will join a warm, flat-hierarchy, and creative environment where the atmosphere is good, the pace varies, and your personality and willingness to contribute are highly valued.

In this role, you will combine internal communications, digital channels, tenant communications, and content production with structure, order, and practical event support. Here you will get to test, learn, and grow – while making a difference for thousands of students in Stockholm.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting internal communications by updating the intranet and contributing to ongoing information flows.
• Working with digital channels such as the website and social media, handling simpler publishing, updates, and statistics.
• Contributing to tenant communications by updating templates, ordering materials, and supporting the development of new content.
• Creating structure and order in templates, image banks, and documents.
• Producing simpler content – short texts, small stories, employee profiles, and event coverage.
• Providing practical support at events, both internal and external.

This is a consultancy position, meaning you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting but will work together with SSSB. The position is initially 80% with the possibility of moving to full-time. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are likely a junior communicator or student who wants broad experience and wants to develop in a role where you get to do a bit of everything. You are curious, structured, and confident in taking initiative, while also being flat-hierarchy and enjoying contributing where needed. Personality is key – we are looking for a warm, inclusive, and pleasant colleague. You must also hold a valid driver's license (Category B).

Experience with CMS, social media, simpler graphic production (Canva/Adobe), or an interest in student life, societal issues, or the property industry is considered a merit.
