Construction Supervisor – Hallsberg

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a colleague for the role of Construction Supervisor. In this role, you will contribute to communication, planning, organization, and management of the daily work performed by your team. You lead your team to perform the work in a safe and high-quality manner and have economic responsibility for the project.

Examples of tasks may include:

• Daily planning in the project
• Updating schedules
• Planning and requesting resources related to project needs
• Writing or checking diaries, self-inspections, and other documentation

As a Construction Supervisor, you have personnel responsibility for the technicians in your work group. You take initiative and are a good role model who engages and motivates, while ensuring the conditions for your employees to thrive and feel well.

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this assignment, we are looking for you who have:

• A completed upper secondary education
• Post-secondary education in railway technology, track welding, or equivalent
• Experience from contracting or the railway industry
• Category B driver's license
• Good IT skills
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
