We are now looking for two Project Managers in Electrical/Automation for the Project and Property Development department. You will help develop tomorrow's sustainable and secure housing. As a Project Manager in Electrical/Automation, you will become part of our "Smart Secure City" initiative. Here, you will drive projects that strengthen security and smart solutions in our properties, while enabling the next step in energy, power flexibility, and living comfort. We are looking for you who want to turn technology into concrete benefits for people and our areas.

The department is undergoing a transformation journey where we are reviewing our ability to adapt, improve flexibility, and develop competence. This includes the opportunity for our project managers to participate in and sometimes lead different types of projects. This means that while you are an expert in electrical/automation, you may be responsible for a project within, for example, plumbing or construction. This creates greater breadth and variety.

Your role

As a Project Manager in Electrical, you are responsible for planning, leading, and executing projects within electrical, telecommunications, and technical systems. You work both independently and in close collaboration with project management colleagues within construction, plumbing, and control systems.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead projects from feasibility study to completion
• Responsible for economy, schedule, and quality
• Coordinate design and technical solutions
• Lead contractors and consultants
• Ensure compliance with laws and standards
• Dialogue with internal and external parties

Your qualifications

Competency requirements:

• Education in electrical/telecommunications/automation, which the employer deems relevant for the position.
• Experience with electrical installations or technical systems

Meritorious:

• Experience from contracting activities or property management
• Experience in project management
• Experience in contract law
• Experience from procurement within LOU (Public Procurement Act) and driving projects within public administration.

Employment type

Permanent. Full-time. Start date according to agreement. An extract from the criminal record register may be requested.
