Are you a nurse with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in home care? If so, you are welcome to apply to our team.

Cooperative Hjärtpunkt Skiljebo is a private economic association. We operate meeting places, preschools, youth clubs, and home care services.

In the role of a nurse with us, you are responsible for patients registered in home care. You work together with assistant nurses and care assistants. We have occupational therapists and physiotherapists attached to our organization.

Working in home care means helping and supporting people with health and medical care in their homes. You work preventively to promote health and well-being for the patient. You make medical assessments, document, and communicate with patients, relatives, doctors, etc. The role includes supervising care staff and delegating certain medical tasks.

You are positive and engaged, contributing to a positive work environment. You need to be flexible, unpretentious, able to prioritize, and take initiative.

You should have experience documenting in Cosmic and working with Senior Alert.

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.

Working hours: Daytime
