Operations Supervisor for Consulting Assignment

About the Assignment

We are currently looking for an experienced supervisor for a full-time interim assignment lasting approximately 3–4 months, starting immediately. You will join an operations and maintenance organization responsible for approximately 40 rental properties in the Stockholm area.

The main focus of the assignment is to relieve and support the existing group manager in daily supervisory work to ensure a well-functioning operations organization and high quality in delivery. The role is operational and involves close collaboration with operations technicians, property caretakers, and other employees in the business.

The office location may vary within the Stockholm area depending on the business's needs.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and supporting employees in their daily work.
• Prioritizing, planning, and distributing tasks.
• Monitoring ongoing work and ensuring delivery quality.
• Supporting the group manager in operational and personnel-related matters.
• Contributing to structure, coordination, and efficient working methods in the business.
• Maintaining ongoing contact with customers, tenants, and internal stakeholders as needed.
• Participating in efforts to develop and stabilize the business during the assignment.

Your Profile

To succeed in this assignment, we see that you have:

• Experience in supervision or leadership within operations, maintenance, or property management.
• Good understanding of property operations and the daily operational life in an operations organization.
• Ability to create structure and prioritize in a high-paced business.
• Experience in leading and motivating employees.
• Good communication skills and a solution-oriented approach.
• A valid B-driver's license.
