About Mixon

The company is located in Kungälv and is a technology-intensive, owner-led business that manufactures and services various self-produced glue application machines intended for customers worldwide. Mixon was founded in 1985 and has twelve employees. Mixon represents quality, long-term solutions, and good collaborations.

About the Role

In this role, you lead and coordinate the daily work within assembly and production. You act as the first point of contact for technicians and assemblers, and you lead morning meetings and daily planning.

The work is both operational and coordinating. You are expected to act as a technician to the same extent as a leader – you need to have a good technical understanding to support the team and ensure quality in the work.

Travel may occur in the job, where you, together with the team, assemble machines at customer sites according to assembly instructions.

Your Experience

• We are looking for you with a strong technical interest and practical experience in areas such as engines, cars, machine assembly, or similar.
• You have previously worked in assembly or production and preferably held a coordinating or team leader role.
• You are structured, communicative, and thrive when coordinating people.
• It is an advantage if you have knowledge in low-voltage/electrical work for troubleshooting, experience with machine installation at customer sites, and a background in manufacturing industry or technical production.
• English is a requirement; you must be able to communicate effortlessly with customers and suppliers in daily work.
