We are currently looking for a babysitter for a family in Tullinge.

About Us

NPF Barnvakten offers childcare to families with children who have Neurodevelopmental Disorders (NPF).

NPF stands for Neurodevelopmental Disorder. The most common conditions include ADHD, Autism, ADD, Asperger's Syndrome (AST), Tourette's Syndrome, and Speech Disorders. Our goal is to help as many people with special needs as possible. Therefore, you will undergo internal training in NPF before starting your first assignment. Working with NPF Barnvakten offers a developing, joyful, and incredibly rewarding part-time job.

The Assignment:

• Number of children and age: 1 child, aged 10 and 15
• Days and times: 2–3 times a week, including one weekend day
• Desired start date: Immediately
• Childcare takes place at the family's home or in a nearby park.
• Location: Tullinge.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience working with children with NPF.
• Has knowledge of low-affective interaction and clarifying pedagogy.
• Is secure, stable, and responsible.
• Has a genuine interest in children and their development.
• Has good pedagogical skills.
• Is fluent in Swedish (both spoken and written).

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience with alternative and augmentative communication, such as picture support or PECS.
• Have education in pedagogy, special education, psychology, social work, or similar.
• Have post-secondary education in relevant professions, such as preschool teacher, teacher, social pedagogue, support pedagogue, treatment pedagogue, or similar.
• Have experience from activities such as LSS (Support and Service Act), schools, student health services, habilitation, or residential care.
• Have CPR training for children.

The tasks may vary depending on the family's needs.

Typical tasks may include:

• Picking up from preschool/school.
• Planning activities at and outside the home.
• Providing support during excursions.
• Preparing simple meals.
• Bedtime routines.
• Activation, socialization, and respite care.
