About the Role

As an operator at Goldschmidt, you will become a key figure in the manufacturing process where advanced and customized railway vehicles take shape. You will work broadly within machining and be responsible for programming and operating milling machines with Heidenhain control systems.

You will work both practically in production and contribute to ensuring stable and efficient operation of the existing machinery.

The role includes working with drilling machines, milling, and lathes.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in machining who thrives in a technical environment where precision, quality, and craftsmanship go hand in hand. You are proficient in reading technical drawings and feel confident working independently in production.

You have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience with programming in Heidenhain control systems or working with manual machines such as drilling machines and lathes is considered a plus.

As a person, you are structured, engaged, and solution-oriented. You take responsibility for your work, are happy to contribute improvement suggestions, and are motivated by the opportunity to help develop both production and working methods in line with the company's growth.
