Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 07:45–16:15 (30-minute break)

Location: Southern Stockholm

Are you a flexible and reliable person who thrives on variety and wants to make a difference where it is needed most this summer? We are now looking for dedicated staff members for our flexible summer pool in southern Stockholm!

About the Role

As a pool employee, you are our invaluable resource during summer weeks 27–32. Your workplace will vary based on the daily needs of the operations. This means you will have a broad and developmental summer where you may be placed in:

• Care and nursing homes (Elderly care)
• LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Disabilities) facilities
• Short-term accommodation facilities

You will be based in operations in southern Stockholm. Working hours are secure and fixed to daytime, Monday to Friday between 07:45 and 16:15.

Who Are You?

Since the role involves stepping in wherever needs arise, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

We are looking for you who:

• Are very flexible and adaptable to new environments, colleagues, and routines.
• Have a strong interpersonal approach and prioritize the individual's needs.
• Have experience working in care, elderly care, or LSS (meritorious).
• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
