About the role
We are currently recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, an Inside Sales Representative for their operations in Stockholm. This is a role for you who thrives on customer contact, relationship building, and sales in a business-driven environment.

You will become part of an engaged team where service, communication, and business professionalism are key parts of the daily work.

Responsibilities
The tasks may vary, but include among other things:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing customer contacts
  • Presenting products and services to customers
  • Preparing quotes and following up on business opportunities
  • Building and developing customer relationships
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Administering and documenting customer cases in the company's systems

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:

  • Has an interest in sales and customer service
  • Is communicative and trustworthy
  • Has good administrative skills
  • Is results-oriented and responsible
  • Thrives working both independently and in a team

Previous experience is not a requirement – we place great importance on your attitude, drive, and willingness to develop.

Merits

  • Experience in sales or customer service
  • Experience with telephone contact with customers
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or other business systems
  • Post-secondary education in sales, economics, or a similar field
