Description

Specialist dental care is represented throughout the Region of Västra Götaland, primarily at five specialist centers offering specialist dental care in all specialties.

Oral Medicine Gothenburg is a clinic within Specialist Dental Care Västra Götaland. The clinic is located at Odontologen and conducts extensive patient activities within all traditional areas of hospital dentistry. Research, care development, teaching, and competence development are also important parts of our work.

The clinic has approximately 35 employees and 12 treatment rooms. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 07:30-16:15. We receive referrals from general dentistry and healthcare with questions concerning investigations and treatment of diseases and functional variations, as well as treatment of patients with mucosal changes, dental anxiety, and need for anesthesia.

We work in a positive spirit where teamwork and development of the business are natural elements. We find challenges and new thinking exciting and strive to engage all employees in the clinic's development work.

Job Responsibilities

The position of Specialist Dentist includes clinical work as well as participation in consultations and knowledge transfer to general dentistry and other specialist dental care.

Supervision of merit dentists and ST dentists is also included in the position.

Clinical service may also become relevant at one of the other OFM clinics in the Gothenburg region.

Qualifications

You are a licensed dentist and a specialist in Orofacial Medicine.

You are interested in developing our specialty and are happy to share your knowledge with colleagues in both specialist and general dentistry. You have an interest in conveying knowledge and supervision.
