We are now looking for several housekeeping staff members for Home Hotel Packhuset (Kalmar) who want to become part of our family.

As a housekeeping staff member, you play a crucial role in ensuring guest comfort and well-being. Your attention to detail in keeping rooms and common areas clean and well-maintained directly impacts our guests' experience. We are looking for engaged individuals who want to become part of our summer team and contribute to the department's success.

Your responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas to the highest standard.
• Ensure everything is well-stocked and functioning properly.
• Respond to guest inquiries with warmth and efficiency so they feel well taken care of.
• Collaborate with the cleaning team to ensure efficient workflow and high standards.
• Be a key player in making Home Hotel a place guests love – through good service, teamwork, and smart working methods.

This is a fixed-term position during the summer with start date according to agreement.

Are you the one we are looking for?

• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
• Precise and quality-conscious in your work.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Thrives working both independently and in a team.
• Capable of physically active work involving bending, lifting, and standing for longer periods.
• Speaks and understands Swedish, which is the department's common language.

Bonus points for:

• Previous experience in cleaning or hotel housekeeping.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
• Initiative and a desire to go the extra mile.
