Technician/Operator for Aimpoint in Malmö – Details, technology, and future!

Aimpoint is a world-leading company that develops and manufactures red dot sights.

They are expanding rapidly and now need reinforcement for their team in Malmö.

Here you will work in a careful and process-oriented flow, where your contribution is crucial for the quality of the products.

What does the role involve?

As a technician or operator, you will work practically in a structured production environment. You rotate between stations and work with tasks that require concentration, precision, and fine motor skills.

The position is at Aimpoint in Malmö

Working hours – shift work:

• Week 1 (Morning): Monday–Thursday 06:00–14:20, Friday 06:00–12:00
• Week 2 (Afternoon): Monday–Thursday 14:20–22:40, Friday 12:00–18:00

Is this you?

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with precision and quality.

If you have hobbies or experiences where fine motor skills play an important role – such as makeup, model building, firearm maintenance, electronics, or gaming – it is a big plus.

You likely have:

✔️ Good manual dexterity

✔️ Ability to focus for extended periods

✔️ Structure, precision, and a good workflow

✔️ Desire to learn and contribute to a safe and efficient workplace

We are looking for you who:

🔹 Are at least 18 years old

🔹 Speak and write fluent Swedish at a very good level.

🔹 Accept that a thorough background check will be conducted on you.

🔹 Accept attending a group interview, which is the first step in the hiring process.

There will also be a few tests and an individual interview.
