Here, you will become a key person in high-tech production focusing on sheet metal, often in stainless steel, where the end products are used globally. You will have a role with both responsibility and influence, in a team that values competence, continuous improvement, and professional pride.

About the role:

This is a broad and qualified role, not just machine operation. You are involved in the entire manufacturing process, from drawings and programming to the finished part. The role suits you if you want to combine practical machine work with technical understanding and optimization. We are looking for someone who is self-sufficient in CNC and has good knowledge of machine programming.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate punching and press brake machines
• CNC program and optimize runs
• Interpret drawings and ensure the correct manufacturing method
• Work with sheet metal, primarily stainless steel
• Ensure parts meet tolerances and quality requirements according to current standards
• Follow production flows, routines, and safety regulations
• Participate in improvement work within production and efficiency
• Handle work-related tasks in business systems

Who are you?

You are an experienced operator with good technical understanding and experience working in manufacturing industry. You thrive in a role where you can take responsibility, work independently, and contribute to improvements.

You have likely worked for several years in CNC, preferably in sheet metal processing, and now want to take the next step in a more developmental environment.

We believe you have:

• Several years of experience working with NC or CNC machines
• Experience from manufacturing industry, preferably in sheet metal
• Good skills in reading technical drawings
• Basic CNC/NC education or equivalent experience
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills

Extra plus if you also have:

• Experience with CNC programming (e.g., Trumpf, Amada, Bystronic)
• Experience with stainless steel materials
• Forklift license
• Familiarity with business systems
