Group Manager / Supervisor in Property Maintenance – Stockholm

We are currently recruiting an experienced Group Manager / Supervisor for a consulting assignment with our client, starting as soon as possible. The assignment is expected to last for approximately 6 months.

About the assignment

The client manages rental apartments in central Stockholm and surrounding areas. To strengthen their operations, they are now looking for an experienced professional from the property sector who can support the existing Group Manager for a period.

The role is varied and combines operational supervision with work regarding routines, structure, and follow-up. You will work closely with the current Group Manager and provide support in the daily operations.

The position is full-time with working hours Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00.

Responsibilities

• Support the Group Manager in daily operations
• Supervise and coordinate work within property maintenance
• Identify challenges and contribute with solutions
• Work with routines, structure, and follow-up
• Ensure that decided measures are implemented
• Contribute with experience and knowledge within residential property management

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience from similar roles in the property sector
• Experience working with residential properties
• Experience in leadership and supervision
• Ability to identify areas for improvement and drive them forward
• A structured work approach and good collaboration skills
