Do you want to work in a modern production environment where quality, structure, and efficiency are in focus? To our client in Northern Stockholm, we are now looking for an experienced NC operator in sheet metal processing.

Here you will become an important part of daily production, working with sheet metal, primarily stainless materials, and contributing to a stable and efficient production flow. This role suits you if you thrive in a practical environment and are accustomed to working independently in production.

About the role:

As an NC operator, you have a central role in production where you are responsible for operating machines and ensuring that manufacturing proceeds according to plan. You work with finished programs and focus on quality, precision, and pace. This is a role for you who has experience and can hit the ground running with a short start-up period.

Responsibilities

• Operate NC-controlled sheet metal processing machines
• Load materials and handle details in production
• Monitor machine operation and production
• Perform simple adjustments as needed
• Measure parts and ensure quality
• Follow drawings and work instructions
• Contribute to a stable and efficient production flow

Who are you?

You are an experienced operator who thrives in a production environment and is used to working independently. You are meticulous, responsible, and have a good sense for quality. You should feel confident operating machines and handling production.

We believe you have:

• Experience with NC or CNC-controlled machines
• Background in sheet metal processing or similar industry
• Basic ability to read drawings
• Experience working independently in production
• Driver's license and access to a car

Extra plus if you also have:

• Experience with punching or press brake machines
• Experience with modern sheet metal processing machines, e.g., from Salvagnini
• Familiarity with stainless materials
• Forklift license
