Do you want to work close to production in a growing family-owned company where quality, trust, and collaboration drive daily operations? Svea Byggteknik is now looking for a Site Supervisor who wants to take the next step and develop into a future role as Site Manager.

About the Role

As a Site Supervisor at Svea Byggteknik, you will work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and tradespeople on ongoing construction projects. You act as the link between site management and production, ensuring that work is carried out according to plan, agreements, and quality requirements. The role involves significant operational responsibility with a high presence in the field as well as office work at the site office. You will support the Site Manager in planning, working environment, quality, and coordination of subcontractors, as well as handling material orders and tracking in project systems. There is a ready-to-start project for you to dive into after the summer, located on the north side of Stockholm.

We are looking for someone with

• Experience as a Site Supervisor in construction production (minimum 2–3 years)
• Experience leading carpenters and coordinating subcontractors
• Practical background in construction production
• Proficiency in working with schedules, self-inspections, and safety rounds
• Good computer skills and a valid driver's license
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Additional qualifications include post-secondary education in construction and internal supervisor training programs.
