Finnvedsbostäder is now seeking a Neighborhood Manager who wants to help create safe and well-functioning residential environments, where relationships, quality, and responsibility are at the center.

Your Role:

As a Neighborhood Manager at Finnvedsbostäder, you have overall responsibility for your neighborhood. You become a key figure in the area and work closely with tenants in their daily lives. The role involves great freedom under responsibility, where you plan and drive the work forward in your area yourself.

You work both operationally and coordinatively, responsible for structuring, prioritizing, and ensuring that the right things get done. You collaborate with colleagues within the administration but simultaneously own your own area and its development.

You will:

• Work closely with tenants and be a clear and secure contact in the area, handling both everyday questions and more challenging situations with professionalism. You welcome new tenants by introducing them to both the apartment and the surrounding area, and conduct checkout inspections.
• Be responsible for ongoing rounds in the buildings and ensure that standards, comfort, and functionality are maintained. A central part of the role is ordering, planning, and following up on measures, as well as coordinating work together with repair technicians, painters, and external contractors.
• Handle and execute work orders and fault reports that arise in the operations.
• Drive your neighborhood forward by creating structure, prioritizing the right interventions, and tackling what needs to be done, both through coordination and through your own efforts when possible. The role involves a working style that in many ways resembles project management, where you are responsible for both the big picture and the details in your area.

• A person who thrives with responsibility and has a strong inner motor. You have natural drive, are meticulous in your work approach, and have the ability to plan and structure your daily life even when the pace is fast and many things are happening simultaneously.
• A true "people person" who feels comfortable meeting different people and situations. You are good at building trust, while also having thick skin and the courage to stand firm when needed. You are receptive, communicative, and have good interpersonal skills.
• Not necessarily a craftsman, but you have a practical mind and understand what needs to be done.
