Janitor/Maintenance Worker for Hourly Employment

Do you want a flexible job where you make a real difference in people's daily lives? We are now looking for janitors/maintenance workers at Riksbyggen for hourly employment as needed in the greater Stockholm area.

About the Role

As a janitor/maintenance worker, you are an important part of our operations and often the person who meets our customers in their daily lives. You work with interior maintenance in our properties and contribute to creating safe, pleasant, and well-maintained environments.

Working hours are during the day, primarily between 07:00–16:00.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Cleaning of stairwells, laundry rooms, and cellar corridors
• Maintenance of office premises
• Continuous maintenance of common areas

The work is independent and gives you great freedom to plan and structure your days.

Qualifications

• High school education
• Experience in cleaning/maintenance (meritorious)
• Cleaning training and/or INSTA 800 certification (meritorious)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Class B driver's license
• Basic digital skills
