About the role
We are looking for engaged and competent machine operators who can work in 3-shifts with an immediate start. The shift schedule may change over time, so flexibility in working hours is essential. This is a full-time position, and you will be employed as a consultant through Adecco.

As a machine operator, you will be responsible for ensuring that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. The process is highly automated, meaning you will work with digital systems while also performing certain manual tasks that require skills in handling various tools. You are also responsible for the overall efficiency of the production. The role includes participation in various improvement projects to contribute to the company's development, and there are excellent opportunities for growth for the right person!

Your main responsibilities as a machine operator will include:

• Controlling and operating the machines
• Monitoring the manufacturing process
• Quality control of the process and product
• Participating in improvement projects

About you
We are looking for someone with previous experience as a machine operator or similar within production or industry, and who has a strong interest and willingness to learn and develop. The pace can sometimes be fast and tasks numerous, so we value personal drive, goal-orientation, and engagement. We also appreciate good teamwork skills.

Requirements for the role:

• Ability to work all types of shifts
• Previous experience as a machine operator or equivalent in production or industry for at least 6 months
• Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form
