We are looking for you who want to be involved in providing good care and support to our residents. As an assistant nurse here, you have the opportunity to create the best living environment for our residents based on a person-centered approach. You work with care and professionalism in collaboration with the rest of the team and in close contact with our residents. This also involves working for good cooperation with other professional groups and relatives.

Main responsibilities include:

• Meeting residents' individual needs for care and support.
• Carrying out delegated healthcare interventions according to the Health and Medical Services Act.
• Documentation and service tasks.

Recruitment is ongoing, and the start date is by agreement.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you with education in the Care and Nursing Program or as a Care Assistant.

Merits:

• Experience in dementia and elderly care.
• Confidence in documenting and using various systems required in the work.
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as the role involves contact with residents, relatives, documentation, and reading information relevant to the work.
• Knowledge and experience in medication management and medication delegation.
• Category B driver's license.
