CityMail delivers mail and packages to approximately 6 million private individuals and companies in Sweden. We are now looking for more colleagues in Varberg (Halland).

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Has a valid B-driver's license.
• Enjoys physical work.
• Is comfortable operating vehicles for which you have a license/permit (bicycle, moped, car).

Experience in similar roles is a plus, but your background is not the most important factor. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and attitude towards work, so we place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process.

What does a typical workday look like?

The operations run on weekdays, excluding holidays. Working hours are distributed between 07:00 and 16:30.

• The workday begins with preparations for the day's delivery, where you and your colleagues sort the day's mail and packages.
• Delivery takes place within your assigned area. We primarily use electric bicycles, but depending on your route for the day, you may also use a car, moped, or standard bicycle.
• Once all mail and packages have been delivered, you return to the office to wrap up with administration and preparations for the next day's work alongside your colleagues.

Employment Type

This is an hourly position where each shift constitutes a fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and shifts depending on the day and operational needs. We prefer candidates who are available to work up to full-time hours during the day. To ensure you have the right conditions for success, the employment begins with an introduction period.

Salary

Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary ladder applies to both permanent and hourly employees. Starting wage/hour is 150 SEK (incl. 12% holiday pay), which corresponds to 134 SEK (excl. 12% holiday pay).
