Our client is a leading player in the maintenance and fine planning of outdoor environments in the Nordic region, working with everything from playgrounds and artificial turf fields to walls, fences, and stairs. The company offers high-quality and environmentally responsible services to, among others, district administrations, property companies, housing cooperatives, and industrial properties.

They are now looking for more dedicated groundskeepers to join their team in central Stockholm. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a varied and flexible work environment where development, responsibility, and team spirit are in focus.

In the role of groundskeeper, you will work with varied projects within landscaping and outdoor environments. Workdays will vary, and you will have the opportunity to develop broad competence in the field.

The position involves year-round outdoor work and suits you who enjoy physical and practical work together with a tight-knit team.

The placement is primarily in central Stockholm, but may vary depending on the project.

• Paving
• Carpentry and tool handling
• Reading and understanding drawings
• Welding and ironwork
• Snow clearing during the winter half-year
• Handling snow clearing equipment
• Driving larger vehicles within landscaping and snow clearing
• Installation of, for example, playgrounds and artificial turf fields

Working hours: Monday-Thursday 06:30-15:30, Friday 06:30-14:00
Scope: Full-time
Start date: According to agreement

• Experience in physical and practical outdoor work
• Good knowledge of Swedish or English
• Accustomed to working outdoors year-round
• Category B driver's license (manual transmission)
• Self-initiative and responsible work approach
• Good teamwork skills and willingness to develop

• Gardening or other specialized landscaping education
• Operator's certificate for wheel loaders, wheeled excavators, or tracked excavators
• Previous experience in landscaping, earthworks, or similar professions
