CTS Security Solutions AB is a subsidiary based in central Stockholm. Our mission is to provide services and technical solutions to all companies within the CTS Group. We are now looking for a skilled and driven:

Commissioning Engineer with a focus on the Nordics and Europe

In the role of Commissioning Engineer, you will play a key part in the installation and configuration of advanced security systems within some of Europe's most security-critical data centers. You will be based out of our office in Stockholm and can expect significant travel, both within the Nordics and across Europe, in connection with projects.

Your responsibilities

• Commission physical security systems such as access control, video surveillance, perimeter alarms, and biometric solutions.
• Install, configure, and test system components on-site at customer locations.
• Participate in and document testing processes.
• Troubleshoot and adjust systems to ensure functional and technical requirements are met.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, technicians, and external suppliers throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Contribute to technical documentation, drawings, and the handover of systems to the operations team.
• Act as the technical point of contact on-site during the installation and handover phases.

We are looking for you who can demonstrate that you have solved problems and taken active responsibility for various types of technical projects. You are accustomed to working independently but also value collaboration and enjoy completing projects with high quality.

Your background

• Experience in the installation and commissioning of security systems or other technical installations.
• Good knowledge of systems such as Milestone, LenelS2, Axis, Bosch, biometric solutions, or equivalent.
• Ability to read drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical installation manuals.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Meritorious qualifications

• Certifications in security systems or installation work.
• Experience working in data centers or other security-critical environments.
• Knowledge of networking, IP configuration, and system integration.
