Projectpartner is now looking for an experienced project management consultant who wants to work on some of the most interesting infrastructure and urban development projects in Stockholm and the Mälaren Valley. Here you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and project organizations in assignments that make a real difference for future infrastructure and urban development.

You will join an established consultancy founded in 2002, characterized by strong cohesion, high competence, and a clear focus on long-term development. At Projectpartner, you work together with experienced colleagues in projects where collaboration, structure, and customer relationships are at the center.

Today, Projectpartner consists of about twenty project management consultants who hold leading roles in many major infrastructure projects, primarily in the Stockholm region. To achieve its vision, Projectpartner strategically invests in competent employees, strategic assignments, and the continuous development of both staff and the company.

This position is a direct hire, meaning the recruitment process is handled by Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by the client. All questions regarding the position and recruitment should be directed to the responsible recruitment consultant at Futuria.

About the role

As a project management consultant at Projectpartner, you will work on various projects within infrastructure and urban development. The role may involve working as a project manager, design manager, or in other coordinating functions depending on your experience and the needs of the projects.

You will often work on-site at the client's premises as part of the project organization, playing a central role in coordinating various technical disciplines, driving projects forward, and ensuring structure, communication, and progress.

Examples of clients that Projectpartner works with include: • Trafikverket (Swedish Transport Administration) • Stockholm City • Region Stockholm • Uppsala Municipality • Region Uppsala • Ellevio • Svenska kraftnät (Swedish National Grid)

Responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate infrastructure projects • Drive design processes and coordinate various technical areas • Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors • Ensure project progress, schedules, and structure • Manage communication and follow-up within the project organization • Participate in strategic and operational project meetings • Build long-term relationships with customers and partners

We are looking for you who

• Are a Civil Engineer in infrastructure or have another technical university degree • Have at least 5 years of relevant experience within infrastructure • Have experience from the contracting side, technical consultancies, or client organizations • Have worked in coordinating roles, such as project manager, project leader, or design manager • Have experience with complex infrastructure or infrastructure projects within areas such as urban development, railways, roads, or trams • Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing • Are confident in client dialogues and accustomed to building trust in project environments

Thanks to your previous experience, you are confident in dialogues with customers, sensitive to the organization's needs, and skilled at building long-term relationships.
