Service Advisor for our Workshop

Do you want to work in a role where customer service, technology, and problem-solving meet? We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented Service Advisor for our authorized car workshop for the brands: Citroën, Mazda, Hyundai, Peugeot, and Subaru. We have serviced and sold cars since 1975!

About the position

As a Service Advisor, you are the link between the customer and the workshop. You are responsible for providing our customers with professional treatment and ensuring that service and repair cases are handled smoothly from drop-off to finished car.

Your main responsibilities:

• Receive customers and book service and repair jobs
• Create work orders and cost estimates
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers regarding status and any additional work
• Plan and coordinate work together with the workshop
• Invoicing and administration
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and a good service experience

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant
• Have good computer skills
• Easily create trust and build relationships
• Speak and write Swedish fluently
• Have a B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have experience as a Service Advisor or technical knowledge about passenger cars.
