About the role

As a Property Caretaker at Avioto AB, you work with external maintenance and supervision of properties. You become an important part of creating pleasant and well-maintained environments for our customers and tenants.

The duties include among other things:

• Grass mowing, weed control, and hedge trimming
• Patrolling and supervision of properties
• Simple maintenance and service work
• Maintenance of outdoor areas at several different properties

You are based in Linköping and work both independently and together with colleagues.
