We are looking for a certified primary school teacher with qualifications to teach English. Previous experience in primary education is an advantage, as is a genuine interest in developing and improving the learning environment for our students.

In this role as an English teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating, and developing the teaching. Your instruction is based on the goals of the curriculum, where planning, preparation, implementation, and evaluation are central pillars. You hold high and positive expectations for your students and adapt the teaching to their individual needs, based on your professional assessment with a focus on the student's best interests. You work actively to create an accessible school environment where alternative learning tools and documentation are a natural part of your work.

With commitment and enthusiasm, you create a safe learning environment characterized by mutual respect and collaboration, which stimulates students' learning and sense of personal responsibility. You possess strong leadership skills, both within and outside the classroom, and have a natural ability to build relationships. You enjoy collaborating with students, guardians, and other staff members.

As a person, you are communicative, receptive, and adhere to the ethical principles of the teaching profession. You have a talent for analyzing and documenting students' abilities and knowledge. Through systematic reflection on practical work, you drive development initiatives together with your colleagues, where you share responsibility for planning and further development. You are part of the working group for grades 7–9 for collaboration and support, and will serve as a mentor for a class.
