About the role

As an operations technician, you work on-site with the client to ensure the operation of buildings within preschools and schools. The role offers a wide variety of tasks, such as measures within ventilation and water/sewage, operational optimization, alarm handling, preventive maintenance, as well as follow-up and reporting. With us, you have independent work where your efforts contribute to well-maintained facilities and reduced energy and operational costs for our customers.

To succeed in the role, you need

• A University College degree of at least 1.5 years equivalent to 300 YH credits, or alternatively equivalent to 400 YH credits with a focus on technology or building operations
• +3 years of experience as an operations technician
• Knowledge of control and regulation technology
• Experience in operational optimization and service work within buildings
• Good knowledge of building technology (electricity, ventilation, plumbing, cooling, etc.)
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Good computer skills
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

• Electrical knowledge
