Are you a handy and practical person interested in varied assembly work? Then this job is for you! We are currently looking for experienced assemblers for our client in Botkyrka. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and manufacturing and who values quality over quantity in the workplace. You are a person who takes initiative, sees what needs to be done, and is ready to tackle tasks.

Job Description

You will be working with the manufacturing of the company's products. You will need to be quality-focused and very precise, as you will perform checks and follow instructions via digital checklists. You should have a good understanding of technology and assembly. You must be able to read, understand, and follow instructions, as well as have knowledge of using quality and measuring tools. You have a strong sense of responsibility for assigned tasks, are disciplined, and stress-resistant. You can work independently and in a structured manner, while also collaborating closely with your team to ensure a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

As a consultant, you are an ambassador for Yourstaff and the heart of the operation. In the role of assembler, you will work with varied tasks, including assembly and troubleshooting of products. The assembly work is focused on electricity, and you will work with electrical schematics and final testing.

Your main tasks include:

  • Assembly of products in accordance with the instructions, standards, and guidelines provided by the foreman.
  • Inspection of assembled products to ensure they meet prescribed quality and quality standards.
  • Participation in daily team meetings.
  • Adherence to processes and all safety regulations, and reporting risks/incidents to your manager.
  • Participation in problem-solving and actively contributing to suggesting improvements/corrective actions. Assisting with the maintenance of machines and facilities.
  • Working hours are full-time and during the day. Weekend work may occur.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in assembly.
  • Experience reading and understanding drawings is a plus.
  • Good physical mobility is required as the work is performed standing.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Education

  • High school diploma with education in electricity/electronics or equivalent technical education is meritorious.
