Job Description

Care work is a varied and exciting job where you provide support and help to people in their daily lives. We have several different operations where you can choose to work:

• Home Care Services
• Nursing Homes (Elderly Care)
• Short-term Accommodation / Rehabilitation
• Group Homes and Short-term Accommodation (LSS)
• Social Psychiatry
• Personalized Support / Personal Assistance

Your workday will mainly consist of providing support, services, and nursing care to our customers based on individual needs. This may include help with hygiene, medication management, cooking, and rehabilitation training. Through various activities, such as walks or outings, you help create joy of life and motivation among our customers.

The work is performed sometimes together with your colleagues and sometimes alone. Working hours in the operations are scheduled during the day, evening, and weekend, or night and weekend. On-call duties are also performed in some operations.

The summer vacation period is scheduled during the months of June, July, and August. During this period, you have the opportunity to work according to a schedule.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education in care and nursing or other education that the employer considers equivalent. Furthermore, we would appreciate if you have experience working in care and nursing, but even those without experience are warmly welcome to apply.

As we are legally required to document our work, it is crucial that you have good computer skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing; therefore, a language test is part of the recruitment process. The work also involves heavy physical tasks, requiring good physical fitness. A B-class driver's license for manual transmission is also required in some operations.

As a person, you are engaged, responsive, and empathetic. You enjoy meeting people and collaborating with others. You are flexible and confident even when plans change, and you treat every person with respect and care.

You follow routines and laws within care and keep agreed-upon times. You communicate clearly and simply, both orally and in writing, and adapt to who you are speaking with.
