Nator Entreprenad is a passionate and dedicated company within the ground improvement industry. We are now looking for a foreman who wants to be part of their exciting growth journey. Nator Entreprenad's projects are mostly carried out in the Greater Stockholm area, and their head office is conveniently located within walking distance of Helenelund station in Sollentuna.

About the Role

As a foreman, you will have the opportunity to lead, distribute tasks, and coordinate resources within ground and foundation projects. When necessary, you will also work operationally as a performer, which will provide you with a good variety in your daily routine. In addition to occasional operational work, you will oversee 5-10 employees/subcontractors and coordinate daily production.

Your Responsibilities

• You act as the bridge between the client and your colleagues on the project sites.
• You guide and coach your employees.
• You work operationally in the execution when needed.
• In consultation with management, you may be responsible for purchasing services and goods when necessary.
• You conduct continuous check-ins with the client and assist in resolving any issues that arise.
• You take responsibility for keeping the project on schedule and have an understanding of how to handle any deviations.

Who You Are

To thrive as a foreman at Nator Entreprenad, you need to be business-driven and solution-oriented. You are confident in your leadership role and enjoy leading your employees towards common goals. You are also a clear leader who understands how all parts of a project are executed operationally. With your engagement, you motivate the staff to complete the work on time with the highest quality according to the client's requirements. You also have at least 5 years of experience in practical work within groundworks and infrastructure. You need to feel confident in your role as a performer, and it is an advantage if you can refer to a varied professional background, as the projects may vary in character.
