About the role

What you will do

  • Create customer journeys, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, and roadmaps.
  • Communicate insights and opportunities through clear visualization.

We are looking for someone who has

  • Extensive experience in service design or related strategic design.
  • Ability to lead complex design initiatives independently.
  • Strong proficiency in research synthesis, concept development, and design communication.
  • Experience working with complex services or large organizations.
  • Experience facilitating senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
