We at Scapa Business Services are now looking for interior installation technicians who can step in when regular staff are on holiday, and also work extra when we have larger projects.

There will be ad-hoc shifts in May, and slightly more during the holiday period spanning weeks 26-33. Booking is done as needed, making this a position suitable for those who want flexible summer work that can be combined with other commitments.

In the role of interior installation technician, you will perform installation and assembly tasks for our corporate clients. This means you will have a wide variety of tasks and how your time is distributed during a workday. Your work may involve assembling office furniture, assembling and installing kitchen frames, working on larger interior projects, and custom-built interiors.

You will work both independently and in a group depending on the project's design. High demands are placed on your ability to take initiative and find solutions to complete the jobs.

Your profile

We would like you to be driven, responsible, and flexible, as the work requires you to work methodically. You are fearless and can find solutions to any challenges that arise. You jump in where needed and it is second nature for you to help your colleagues.

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and engaged in their work. As a person, we want you to be handy and have good physical fitness as heavy lifting may occur. You take responsibility from start to finish in your tasks and leave no job half-done.

If you have a few years of experience in similar work, it is an advantage, but we also welcome those new to the workforce with drive and willingness to work – as long as you have some tool experience and are handy. We would prefer that you have a driver's license as driving is a large part of our daily routine.

Communication is key in our workplace and with our customers; therefore, it is a requirement that you can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 07:30-16:30, weekend work may occur

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to collective agreement
